What is self-confidence?

Self confidence is the belief in our own abilities, voice, and resilience. It is an important part of being successful in life because it allows us to take risks, make decisions confidently and trust ourselves to handle whatever comes our way.


Self-confidence can be built through positive affirmations, setting achievable goals and celebrating successes no matter how small they may seem.


Additionally, surrounding yourself with supportive people who believe in you helps build self-confidence over time. With a healthy level of self confidence we are able to approach challenges with optimism rather than fear or doubt which will ultimately lead us closer towards achieving our goals!
